AI-native Backend Software Engineer - Remote (Poland)

• Embrace a “you build it, you run it, you own it” mindset, including accountability for AI-generated output
• Solid software development experience, ideally with Golang, Java/Kotlin, or PHP
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Memcached)
• Knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Problem solver with a technical and user-first mindset
• Write structured prompts for multi-step tasks and maintain project-level AI context
• Demonstrate judgment on AI usage, including debugging and refactoring
• Team player open to discussions, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

• Contribute technically to projects and participate in planning, execution, and success of complex technical tasks
• Establish credibility through high-quality technical execution for self and team
• Use AI to accelerate delivery by delegating routine implementation, generating tests and documentation, and applying AI to debugging and refactoring while owning all shipped code
• Engage in questions, brainstorming, and own the produced product
• Collaborate closely with product management to build user-centric products
