Senior Back End Engineer (.NET)

The client for this position is one of the Big Four accounting firms operating in 150+ countries with 460,000+ professionals providing audit, tax, consulting, and advisory services.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or software engineering
• Extensive professional experience in software development
• Proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core
• Proficiency in Mongo and/or Azure SQL
• Experience with Azure Cloud, including SaaS offerings such as Service Bus, Blob, and Redis
• Knowledge of bug-tracking systems
• Pragmatic approach balancing process and flexibility
• Strong organizational skills including self-management, work structuring, and meeting deadlines

Nice to have:

• Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture implementation in scalable systems

• Provide requirements analysis, system design, .NET development, database development, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and technical support
• Perform code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
• Work independently and collaboratively with the team
• Communicate clear instructions to team members and help manage day-to-day operations
• Communicate regularly with the client
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring, coaching, and leading by example
