Business Analyst (Biotech / Life Sciences)

LinkGroup is hiring a Business Analyst to work at the intersection of science and technology, focusing on transforming complex research data into actionable business insights within biotech and life sciences.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Bioinformatics, Biology, Immunology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in business/systems analysis or system implementation.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire).
• Strong spreadsheet modeling skills (Excel VBA).
• Familiarity with requirements and project management platforms (Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project management frameworks.

• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to capture, refine, and document detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Map current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
• Translate high-level business goals into precise, actionable technical instructions for development and IT teams.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Spotfire to visualize complex research data.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management initiatives, and end-user training.
