• Support the recruitment process by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and advancing processes
• Assist with HR and employment documentation
• Onboard new team members
• Manage the office environment, ensuring it is welcoming and stocked with drinks, snacks, and supplies
• Support employee motivation and engagement through team events and seasonal initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to build and nurture BONES' culture
• Maintain and improve internal people and office processes
• Serve as the main contact for team members on people and office-related matters
