Test Lead

• Documented experience in mobile application test automation for iOS and Android.
• Practical knowledge of Appium and Java.
• Very good command of English language.
• Knowledge of Cucumber and BDD methodology.
• Experience with Selenium.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Postman, Insomnia, and API testing.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, GitHub, and Git flow.

• Basic SQL and database work knowledge.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and GCP.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Create and maintain automated test suites for iOS and Android mobile applications using Appium, Selenium, Java, and Cucumber BDD.
• Coordinate multiple parallel QA streams, provide subject matter support, and distribute tasks.
• Perform manual and exploratory tests, including usability and edge case testing.
• Recommend improvements to testing processes and QA standards.
• Plan test efforts considering project dependencies and environment availability.
• Manage defects in Jira and report status, risks, and quality metrics.

• Cooperation on B2B basis with project-based settlement and acceptance protocols.
• Availability for coordination meetings in Kraków about 8 times per month.
• Participation in industry events and technology meetups.
• Administrative and accounting support from Connectis.
