DCG is a recruitment company that supports experienced specialists and ensures ongoing support to their clients. They are looking for a Business / Data Analyst to work on projects related to banking in a hybrid mode.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role
• Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data mapping
• Ability to translate business rules into concrete examples and clear acceptance criteria
• Experience collaborating between business, consumer, and source system teams
• Good knowledge of custody positions, subpositions, reservations, and corporate actions
• Experience working with data formats and transformation technologies, including XML, XSLT, JSON, and AVRO
• Ability to understand system flows, dependencies, and integration requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English

• Analyzing and agreeing on business requirements, data models, system flows, and dependencies
• Translating business needs into clear technical solutions, tasks, and acceptance criteria
• Designing and documenting API services and contracts within and around the STO Domain API
• Supporting a contract-first approach in API definition in collaboration with teams responsible for source systems, particularly the safekeeping system
• Defining data mappings, transformation rules, and canonical data models
• Setting clear business rules with correct examples of requests and responses
• Reporting, refining, and coordinating requirements during quarterly and Program Increment (PI) planning
• Collaborating between business, consumer, and source system teams to ensure consistent implementation
