PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is a company in the banking industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in functional, business, or system analysis
• Strong knowledge of tools supporting analysis and requirements management
• Ability to independently conduct complex analyses involving multiple processes, systems, and stakeholder groups
• Experience conducting analytical workshops and resolving requirement conflicts
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and software development processes
• Ability to define documentation standards and ensure high quality of requirements
• Knowledge of integration topics, data modeling, and solution architecture supporting functional analysis

Nice to have:

• Very good knowledge of BPMN
• Practical knowledge of UML or other modeling techniques
• English language skills enabling reading and creating business documentation
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work
• Higher education in computer science
• Knowledge of the banking industry

• Analyze business needs and identify requirements for development, maintenance, and project initiatives
• Gather, analyze, agree upon, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Develop and maintain analytical documentation according to organizational standards
• Model processes, system functionalities, and information flows using agreed notations and tools
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define, clarify, and implement requirements
• Support project, development, and testing teams by clarifying requirements and analyzing issues and changes
• Verify compliance of designed and implemented solutions with agreed requirements
• Participate in preparation and execution of functional and acceptance tests
• Ensure documentation and requirements comply with applicable regulations, standards, and organizational policies
• Update analytical documentation related to processes, requirements, and system functionalities
• Participate in initiatives to develop standards, work methods, and tools used in analysis
