Junior IT Specialist

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of fundamental computer networking concepts, particularly LAN/WLAN.
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems, such as Debian, SUSE, or CentOS.
• Analytical approach to troubleshooting and ability to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and willingness to develop technical skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle or MSSQL is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Candidates at the beginning of their IT career are welcome; previous commercial experience is not required.

• Providing day-to-day support to users with issues related to the IT environment.
• Diagnosing and resolving basic technical problems on the client side.
• Configuring and deploying new environments according to users’ needs.
• Preparing workstations and working environments for employees and clients.
• Performing day-to-day administration and maintenance of IT environments.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance and responding to emerging issues.
• Maintaining and improving existing environments, as well as supporting modernization initiatives.
