Associate Application Support Consultant

• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is an advantage.

Nice to have:

• Background in finance (education or experience).
• Knowledge of Unit4 ERP modules or other ERP modules.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• ITIL knowledge.
• Experience working within Corporate IT.

• Serve as the first point of contact for Unit4 customers for IT and Business Application related questions.
• Progress each issue through to conclusion, liaising with colleagues and R&D as needed.
• Investigate, process, and document application defects.
• Highlight potential escalation risks and coordinate additional resources.
• Handle customer escalations, take ownership of complicated issues, and keep customers updated.
• Comply with company information, security requirements, policies, and ISO standards.
• Investigate, document, and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Manage personal development including product/technical knowledge and soft skills.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to assist colleagues.

This role may require security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data, potentially requiring background checks including criminal record declarations, right to work, personal identification, and work history in accordance with local privacy laws.
