• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of Cloud or IT service experience.
• Solid understanding of Cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, including compliance and security standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with knowledge base management, documentation, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Organized, proactive, and flexible to support a global 24/7 environment.

• Respond to Cloud inquiries as the primary point of contact, collaborating with Cloud Operations.
• Coordinate communication around Cloud service requests, providing updates and tracking progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuously update and improve the AI-driven knowledge base repository.
• Optimize search functionality and content discoverability.
• Ensure compliance and security standards in documentation and communication.
• Standardize Cloud engagement resources and processes, including communications and service catalog.
• Create user manuals and training materials tailored for different user groups.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to improve communication and engagement tools.
• Support training initiatives to promote best practices and adoption.
• Maintain awareness of relevant technologies and organizational practices.
• Participate actively in Cloud Hub initiatives and delivery projects.

This role may require security clearance for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data, including background checks subject to local laws and privacy regulations.
