• Daily monitoring and data integrity checks for financial systems
• System administration and support for Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, and Enable (ERM)
• Analyzing data feeds in Integration Builder for system integration accuracy
• Handling missing time queries from Legal Service and Business Service colleagues
• Administering system access control and security configuration
• Responding to queries via email, phone, and Fresh Helpdesk ITSM
• Participating in the system Month End process on a rostered team
• Assisting with financial systems audits
• Supporting system and process enhancements and upgrades
• Supporting testing activities for quality control
• Liaising with software vendors and managing issue escalations
• Providing status reports to line management
• Assisting with process documentation and compliance

Role requires working hours from 10 am to 6 pm in the UK time zone. The position uses a hybrid work model requiring presence at the DBSE Warsaw office 1-2 times per week.
