Quality Assurance Engineer (Financial Sector)

The role is within the Financial Services sector as part of the Insurance department, focusing on delivering high-quality products with critical business significance.

• Experience in manual testing and creating automated E2E tests
• Practical knowledge of Playwright or experience with Selenium combined with willingness to learn and transition to Playwright
• Practical skills with Jira and Confluence
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques (functional, integration, regression) and software life cycle
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and team collaboration within Scrum
• Openness to use GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) for automating and optimizing QA processes

Nice to have:

• Practical experience optimizing testing processes using AI-based tools (automatic test scenario generation, code assistance, failure cause analysis)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Elasticsearch
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) or API testing tools (Swagger, WireMock, Testcontainers)
• Ability to work with Git and read BPMN/UML diagrams
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., Oracle)

• Creating and maintaining automated End-to-End (E2E) tests using Playwright
• Searching for and implementing improvements in the testing process using AI tools, including optimizing test execution time and supporting test data generation
• Designing and writing test cases and scenarios based on project documentation
• Performing release and regression tests
• Evaluating release quality and actively participating in software production release processes
• Collaborating closely with developers, analysts, scrum team members, and occasionally external clients
• Reporting test progress and results in line with standards
