Senior Product Designer

Text builds a suite of products focusing on omnichannel messaging experiences for clients, enabling communication across channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, and Instagram. The Omnichannel team owns how these channels connect and function within the Text product.

• Senior experience as a solo product designer owning end-to-end outcomes.
• Proficient in using Figma and user testing/insights tools.
• Strong UI and UX skills focused on intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Ability to distill quantitative and qualitative data into actionable design strategies and visual presentations.
• Technical mindset comfortable with third-party API documentation (e.g., Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform) and testing designs against real API responses and flows.
• Deep understanding of product strategy and business goals to proactively identify and address challenges.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Proven track record of project ownership from ideation to launch.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and management.
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.

• Own the channel experience end-to-end: design connection, configuration, and management of messaging channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram).
• Lead the entire design lifecycle including research, prototyping, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Design clear and consistent patterns for errors, statuses, and edge cases across channels.
• Maintain structure and hygiene of Figma files and design system.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend platform investments.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams on design and UX decisions.
• Use product analytics and user feedback to validate design hypotheses and measure outcomes.
