Wymagania
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot development experience in a live production environment (CRM, API)
- Proven experience managing and maintaining complex HubSpot workflow automation including large workflow libraries and branching conditions
- Experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, pipelines, deals, lead management, contact lifecycle stages, and round robin assignment
- Experience with HubSpot Service Hub and Marketing Hub, including ticket management and helpdesk operations
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot custom objects, properties, and association management
- Experience with HubSpot reporting and dashboards across CRM objects
- Familiarity with the HubSpot API for data retrieval, record updates, and integration troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to trace workflow logic
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment with multiple active workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with ability to document processes and guide end users
Nice to have:
- Experience with third-party CRM integrations such as telephony or reservation systems
- Experience working in a multi-pipeline, multi-team HubSpot environment
Obowiązki
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and enrollment logic across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
- Configure and maintain lead and ticket routing logic
- Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to support sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day CRM issues such as workflow failures and data discrepancies
- Manage the HubSpot UI, custom objects, properties, and object associations according to the data model
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to identify and implement requirements in HubSpot
