Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant

DataArt is seeking an experienced Principal Data & Analytics Strategy and Technology Consultant to work with Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations on data-driven strategies and transformation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams, focusing on business development and growing the Data & Analytics practice.

• Proven experience leading data strategy, governance, and data driven transformation in Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations
• Extensive experience in custom IT services, software development, or IT solutions
• Experience leading change management initiatives in enterprise organizations
• Knowledge of data architecture, solution design, and technology selection for enterprise data platforms
• Experience implementing data strategies supporting internal AI platforms
• Work experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences industries across the US and Europe
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulations including HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and EU AI Act
• Knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards like FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, ICD 10, TEFCA, and EHDS
• Understanding of data and technology consulting principles
• Experience leading large scale data programs and supporting revenue growth
• Collaboration experience with business development and sales engineering teams
• Ability to manage complex technology initiatives and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Experience in building client relationships and driving organizational adoption
• Solid understanding of business operations, products, and services

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal account teams
• Lead engagements to identify, define, and solve complex data and analytics challenges
• Work with Practice Leadership and Account Management teams to develop account strategies
• Act as principal consultant for large scale data transformation initiatives
• Participate in presales activities, including opportunity qualification, RFP responses, and proposal development
• Mentor colleagues and share expertise across client engagements
• Drive business outcomes by achieving revenue goals and expanding client relationships
• Contribute to growth of Healthcare and Life Sciences practice through go to market initiatives and strategic programs
