Business / Data Analyst

DCG is a recruitment company supporting clients with experienced specialists. They manage partnerships and provide continuous support, recruiting for various projects, including in the banking sector.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles
• Strong experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data mapping
• Ability to translate business rules into concrete examples and clear acceptance criteria
• Experience collaborating between business, consumer, and source system teams
• Good knowledge of custody positions, sub-positions, reservations, and corporate actions
• Experience working with data formats and transformation technologies including XML, XSLT, JSON, and AVRO
• Ability to understand system flows, dependencies, and integration requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1)

• Analyze and reconcile business requirements, data models, system flows, and dependencies
• Translate business needs into clear technical solutions, tasks, and acceptance criteria
• Design and document API services and contracts within and around STO Domain API
• Support contract-first API definition working with source system teams, especially asset servicing (safekeeping)
• Define data mappings, transformation rules, and canonical data models
• Establish clear business rules with appropriate request and response examples
• Report, clarify, and coordinate requirements during quarterly and Program Increment planning
• Collaborate between business, consumer, and source system teams to ensure consistent implementation
