Business Analyst with German

Helvetia Baloise Group is an insurance company. The role involves working on projects within the group, focusing on the expansion and further development of the core insurance system (Guidewire).

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes, both professional and technical.
• Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts.
• Experience in the preparation of presentations and decision templates.
• Experience in software development within an agile framework.
• Strong sense of ownership.

• Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of the core system.
• Further development of different modules of the core insurance system (Guidewire).
• Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications.
• Creation of test concepts and test execution.
• Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes.
• Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments within the project.
