Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Analyst and at least 4 years independently managing business and system analysis areas
- Experience identifying business needs and defining functional and non-functional requirements
- Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from gathered requirements
- Knowledge of software development life cycle
- Proficiency with business and system analysis methods and tools (BPMN, UML)
- Ability to write SQL queries
- Client-oriented, problem-solving, creative, and teamwork skills
- Higher education in technical fields, preferably computer science, electronics, energy, or economics with IT elements
- Communicative English language skills
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of business processes in the electro-energy sector
- Experience working in Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with tools: Enterprise Architect, Confluence, Jira
- Ability to model databases at logical level
- Skills in planning and coordinating development team work
- Process improvement orientation

- Conduct business and system analysis
- Collaborate with clients and IT teams
- Design applications and new functionalities
- Test solutions and prepare test scenarios and test cases
- Develop and maintain project and post-implementation documentation
- Conduct trainings and presentations
- Participate in application servicing
