• Knowledge of functionalities and configuration of standard SAP process flows
• Ability to resolve system issues
• Analytical skills and ability to organize information
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel
• English language proficiency at B2 level

• Supporting and managing warehouse operations in the SAP system
• Preparing business process-based test scenarios and conducting cyclic tests
• Supervising data quality in the system
• Diagnosing and resolving system problems
• Preparing necessary reports
• Collaborating with other departments
• Resolving day-to-day user problems
