Workday Consultant ( Workday HCM Data Architecture Lead)

Integral Solutions is an IT company with 51-200 employees, founded in 2003. The role is fully remote based in Warsaw, Poland.

• 10+ years HR Tech / HRIS experience.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday and expertise in HCM foundations.
• Proven experience leading Workday tracks in major implementations.
• Deep understanding of organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation data dependencies.
• Experience working within global, multi-country environments.
• Fluent English speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

• Oracle HCM background.
• Workday certifications.

• Represent and lead the IT perspective in SI-led design workshops for organizational structures, job architecture, skills, and compensation.
• Own IT-side functional and technical decisions ensuring global alignment and scalability.
• Lead integration design and governance across foundational data flows.
• Drive testing cycles, defect management, and architecture consistency.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and SI teams on global design and data standards.
• Ensure long-term scalability of organizational structures and foundational models.
