Kuchnia Vikinga is the largest ready meal supplier and operates the "Pan Viking" project focused on office catering. The role involves managing sales and distribution of meals and presenting the full offer of the company to offices.

• Experience in sales, preferably B2B, and confidence in client communication
• Ability to organize own work and focus on achieving goals
• Willingness to work in the field with frequent face-to-face meetings
• Driving license category B
• Motivation for development in sales and team building
• Running or readiness to establish a sole proprietorship

• Managing a team of 5 sales representatives including planning, goal setting, support, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Actively acquiring and developing cooperation with B2B clients in the region
• Selling ready meals and nutritional solutions tailored to client needs
• Building long-term client relationships and maintaining high service standards
• Analyzing local market competition, client needs, and industry potential to recommend sales actions
• Collaborating with operations and marketing teams to ensure efficient order realization and sales activities
