Data Management Team Member with German

• Fluency in German (reading and writing)
• University degree in mathematics, IT systems, programming, science, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in data management
• Familiarity with BCBS 239 and ECB guidelines, including practical implementation experience
• Solid understanding of banking IT infrastructure, architecture, and system interdependencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive, structured, and self-organized work approach
• Open and proactive communication skills
• Motivation to learn and collaborate with the German team and clients

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and modern data concepts like data mesh or data fabric
• Basic programming skills or understanding of SQL, C, Python, SAS, or R

• Develop deep expertise in data governance frameworks for German banks and financial institutions
• Contribute to interpreting and implementing regulatory frameworks
