Credit Management Team Member with German

Jobhouse is an HR consulting agency operating for 14 years, connecting employers and employees professionally and effectively. The client is a leading provider of advanced consulting solutions.

• Fluency in English and German (minimum B2 level in both)
• Experience in Financial Services and/or Consulting, preferably with exposure to German institutions
• Hands-on experience in regulatory reporting (at least 2–3 projects)
• Completed or soon-to-be-completed higher education degree in economics, international business, accounting, or related field
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (CRR, FINREP, COREP, Anacredit) and practical experience using Abacus or BAIS
• Understanding of banking processes, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Knowledge of credit risk management, credit file review, rating systems, credit lifecycle, and EBA Guidelines
• Structured, proactive, and quality-focused work approach
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in an international environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Motivation to develop professionally and engage with the German team and clients

Nice to have:

• Basic programming skills or familiarity with Python, R, or Excel

• Manage the end-to-end credit process for clients and support regulatory reporting frameworks
• Assist clients in implementing regulations such as MaRisk and interpreting emerging frameworks like IReF or BIRD
• Analyze credit risk changes and optimize reporting processes to ensure compliance with evolving European regulations
• Support clients during supervisory audits
• Drive digitalization and optimization of credit processes
• Work hands-on with regulatory reporting tools (Abacus, BAIS) and develop programming skills (Python, R, Excel)
