Data Monitoring & Escalation Analyst

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Practical experience in agile work environments (preferably based on SAFe) using tools such as Jira.
• Excellent English language skills (C1 level).
• Very good Polish language skills (B2).
• German language skills are beneficial/nice to have.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for operational outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured and solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Confidence in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex delivery scenarios.
• Basic project management skills to coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Relevant certifications such as IREB, CBAP, and CDMP are beneficial/nice to have.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL are beneficial/nice to have.
• High level of customer focus demonstrated on several occasions.

• Oversee and steer the daily data delivery process across multiple systems and teams.
• Monitor delivery pipelines and proactively identify delays, failures, or anomalies.
• Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Maintain and evolve dashboards, alerts, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and traceability.
• Document and refine operational procedures to support scalable and resilient delivery processes.
• Participate in negotiating interfaces and service level agreements with process partners.
• Advance the agile way of working at Data Foundation with ideas for process improvements.
• Perform on-call duties where required (up to 12 days per year).
