HTML Design Specialist

• Very good knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Very good spoken and written command of English
• Excellent spoken and written command of Polish
• Experience in business client support via email, phone, and remote sessions
• Analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Efficient self-organization and technical aptitude
• Good computer skills including Windows, Office suite, email, internet, and network basics

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Design email footer templates using HTML and CSS according to client guidelines and device constraints
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and remote sessions to gather project requirements
• Troubleshoot client issues related to templates through email and remote sessions
• Provide consultancy and support to clients regarding footer template design in a two-shift system
• Work on-site in offices located in Wrocław or Jelenia Góra with flexible working hours
