Senior Java engineer (opportunity to join the founding team and take full ownership of backend systems)

We're building a regulated fintech platform focused on making real estate investing more accessible by enabling investment in tokenized, income-generating real estate assets. The company is modernizing property ownership through technology with a growing user base and a strong pipeline of listed properties.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end
• Hands-on experience with financial infrastructure such as core banking, internal ledger systems, integrated payments (SEPA, Instant, card processing), and KYC systems
• Proven experience building financial infrastructure from scratch
• Fluent English language skills

Nice to have:

• Startup fintech experience

• Core backend development for real-estate tokenization
• Designing architecture, integrations, and internal services
• Handling payments, transactions, and user onboarding
• Shaping engineering culture and best practices
