Wymagania
- 1-3+ years of experience in Technical Support
- Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server, SQL Database Administration
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good customer-facing and communication skills
- Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Kraków

Obowiązki
- Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Analyze logs and diagnose incidents
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Document issues, solutions and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and escalate complex cases when needed
