Wymagania
- 1+ years of experience in Technical Support, Network Security, or Systems Administration
- Experience with at least 2 Microsoft Security technologies
- Knowledge of Windows 10 Security Stack, NextGen AV, and ASR
- Experience with Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Defender
- Experience with Windows Server and Windows Client
- 1+ year of cloud experience, preferably Azure
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good spoken and written English
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Microsoft Defender for Identity
- Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps
- Azure / Entra ID
- Cloud security and hybrid environments
Obowiązki
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Security solutions
- Troubleshoot issues across cloud, endpoint, server, and network environments
- Analyze logs and diagnose technical problems
- Support onboarding, deployment, and configuration of security solutions
- Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with internal technical teams
