Minimum 3 years operational experience with production IT applications in cloud environments.

Analyze and resolve deployment and release management issues.
Manage AWS IAM roles, permissions, and cloud security configurations.
Support integration and operation of PostgreSQL databases on AWS RDS.
Manage secrets, encryption, and key management with AWS Secrets Manager and AWS KMS.
Operate and enhance monitoring and logging using Grafana and OpenSearch.
Support and maintain Kafka infrastructure on Amazon MSK Serverless.
Optimize Kubernetes node scaling and resource management with Karpenter.
Maintain automated dependency management with Renovate.
Develop and support AWS Lambda functions using Python.
Investigate infrastructure, deployment, database, IAM, and integration issues.
Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement processes for platform reliability.
