• Strong background coding in Kotlin and backend architectures.
• Willingness to actively learn and write code in TypeScript and React.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with machine learning experts.
• Communicative proficiency in English and Polish (at least B2 level).
• Preference for conceptual, greenfield work over maintaining legacy systems.
