IT Analyst Senior

The role involves collaboration with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned to target sustainable solutions. The position requires working within the banking sector and payment domain, supporting a team with requirements documentation and quality improvement activities.

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, familiar with international collaboration.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience or knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.
• Knowledge of the banking sector and payment domain.
• Practical knowledge of SQL, user interface prototyping and design.
• Knowledge of Architecture diagrams like sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
• Practical knowledge of REST/SOAP API.
• Knowledge of Single and Multi Payments system.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies aligned with sustainable solutions.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by cooperating with architects, developers, testers, business, and legal stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements for the IT team.
• Secure requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development.
• Be responsible for requirements documentation including use cases and quality improvement.
• Support testers and developers in the team and hub.
• Verify developed solutions by conducting test results.
• Provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Consultant is expected in the office 3 days per week (Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, and Gdynia locations).
