Portfolio Oversight Management

The role supports management with consolidating and assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediation in a banking context. It involves stakeholder management, progress control, escalation to governance, and providing project management methods and coaching. The position includes oversight of funding needs, professional reporting support, and maintaining a master plan for project streams. The project is a long-term engagement expected to continue through 2027, preferably involving candidates with Nordea experience.

• Proven Nordea experience in PMO oversight
• Knowledge of the responsibilities related to portfolio oversight management and progress assessment
• Excellent drive to achieve, flexibility, and quick learning skills (master's degree required)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills at senior management level

Process and procedures for weekly progress reporting:

• Monitor achievements
• Report overall status (RAG) on progress against plan
• Track dependencies
• Identify issues and risks
• Report deviations
• Document decisions made

Progress reporting to stakeholders:

• Report to EBA LOM Oversight SteerCo
• Report to Portfolio Oversight Management SteerCo
• Provide reports to JST, GIA, GLT, SIS, etc.

Benefits Investment Charter:

• Manage SIS reporting
• Oversee changes in Benefit Invest Charter
• Manage SIS TIP funding

Planning:

• Develop and maintain a Master Plan
• Conduct Quarterly Master Planning workshops
• Implement common planning standards and reporting
• Track KPIs on streams performance

Communication:

• Execute communication plan
• Develop communication materials
• Review materials and Action Plan

Other:

• Serve as escalation point for PMO based on judgment of RAG status and for 18 initiatives/projects
• Provide aggregated views and manage ad-hoc information requests towards JST

The project requires continuity through 2026 and 2027, with a stipulation that if resources need to be switched, a 3-month knowledge transfer must be provided at no extra cost. Replacement resources should have the same or better qualifications than those replaced.
