IT Support Specialist (2nd Line)

OpenNet.pl is a provider of advanced technological solutions for the logistics industry and a member of the Allegro Group. Together, they develop and maintain the ecosystem of Allegro One Box green parcel lockers. The team provides engineering and analytical support to ensure process stability within a live business organism.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in system maintenance, 2nd line technical support (L2), or IT Project Management.
• Good knowledge of SQL (specifically PostgreSQL) and experience with complex data architecture.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and Windows Server basics.
• Strong communication skills and business maturity for partner-level discussions.
• English proficiency at B2 level and Polish at C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools such as Grafana and Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Experience in the logistics/courier industry or working with distributed networks of devices (e.g., automated parcel machines).
• Knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.

• Collaborate on system implementations and IT-business intersection optimizations, from incident analysis to the Hypercare phase.
• Bridge needs between business, operations, and development, ensuring smooth communication.
• Analyze incidents focusing on real business process and operational impact.
• Manage tasks and priorities efficiently amid dynamic incoming requests.
• Diagnose process anomalies and API integration errors escalated from 1st line support.
• Debug database issues and perform log diagnostics using intermediate to advanced SQL.
• Act as a technical partner for multiple teams within the Allegro Group.
• Create technical standard operating procedures (runbooks) for 1st line support and optimize diagnostic workflows.
