Senior IT Recruiter – Client & Delivery

Braver IT S.A. operates with a small, engaged team closely collaborating with management. The company works with international IT clients and specialists from various technologies, focusing on combining business, client management, and IT recruitment.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, delivery, account management, or similar roles
• Experience in independent cooperation with international clients, including regular communication, building relationships, and understanding client needs
• Fluent business communication skills in English
• Understanding of the IT market and ability to communicate with both business clients and technical specialists
• Experience in independently conducting recruitment processes or cooperating with delivery teams
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in environments without fully defined procedures
• Focus on building long-term relationships and achieving results
• Desire to develop towards Client Partner, client management, delivery, or team building roles

• Build and develop relationships with international IT clients
• Conduct regular communication with clients, including status updates, business conversations, and identifying new cooperation opportunities
• Support clients in building technology teams and selecting appropriate specialists
• Coordinate cooperation between clients, internal teams, and IT experts
• Lead recruitment processes from understanding client needs to candidate contact
• Ensure a positive experience for IT specialists collaborating with clients, collect feedback and provide support
• Participate in preparing offers and developing cooperation strategies
• Help resolve current challenges and improve cooperation processes
