Business Analyst

Scalo delivers software projects and supports partners in business development. It provides diverse IT services including technological consulting, software development, embedded systems, cloud solutions, data management, and dedicated project teams.

• Higher education
• Minimum three years of experience in business analysis, process management, or product development in the financial sector
• Ability to independently lead and coordinate business processes
• Experience cooperating with multiple business and technological stakeholders
• Skills in analyzing business requirements and creating clear project documentation
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficient English for collaboration with international partners and suppliers
• Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Highly developed communication and organizational skills
• Independence, proactivity, and ability to manage own responsibilities

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PRIIPs regulations and KID documentation
• Experience with treasury, investment, or capital market products
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance processes in banking
• Experience in migration, transformation, or integration projects
• Familiarity with regulatory document generation platforms like Capmatix or LPA
• Experience working with external suppliers
• Knowledge of process automation and workflow management
• Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or IIBA certifications

• Participation in projects related to business analysis, development, and optimization of processes and products in the financial sector
• Independent management and coordination of business processes including cooperation between business and technology areas
• Analysis of business requirements and preparation and maintenance of project documentation
• Collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to develop optimal solutions
• Participation in analyses, workshops, and project planning activities following Agile methodology
• Supporting product and process development considering business and regulatory requirements
• Monitoring implementation of assigned tasks and identifying opportunities for business process improvements
• Using Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation, and project work
• Cooperation with international partners and suppliers in English
• Service delivery primarily remote with office meetings every 3 weeks in Warsaw/Wroclaw/Poznan
