Project Assistant (SSO Application Onboarding)

DCG is a recruitment company providing support and managing numerous recruitment projects for their partners, focusing on experienced professionals in the IT sector.

• Documented experience in project management in large IT environments, preferably in banking or financial services
• Very good stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (SailPoint IdentityIQ) or similar Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Practical experience working with Jira
• Excellent reporting skills for management and communication with senior management
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and supervision requirements for project management
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented work approach
• Very good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)

• Comprehensive responsibility for the onboarding process of SSO applications from start to finish
• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities across involved teams
• Ensuring appropriate supervision and adherence to agreed processes and standards
• Coordinating actions among DevOps teams, onboarding teams, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, initiating actions to mitigate or resolve them
• Ensuring timely escalation of risks and obstacles affecting project delivery
• Supporting preparation of reports for senior management, updating project status, and materials aiding decision-making
• Coordinating change management activities and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
• Maintaining an organized and transparent approach to project execution and delivery results
