• At least secondary education; higher education preferred in a relevant IT field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in system or network administration for secondary education candidates
• Polish citizenship
• Full legal capacity and public rights
• Clean criminal record regarding intentional crimes or tax offenses
• Good reputation
• Very good practical knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO)
• Practical experience administering network and security devices, especially FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiClient VPN
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and network security measures
• Ability to independently maintain basic services on Linux systems
• Experience in performing, monitoring, and restoring backups
• Knowledge of data and disk encryption
• Experience with administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Firebird databases
• Experience with NAS or server storage systems; familiarity with QNAP is an advantage
• Familiarity with KSC and SZBI requirements and ability to create IT documentation
• Ability to independently diagnose technical problems and conduct user trainings
• Ability to organize own work

Nice to have:

• Experience working in social welfare units
• Knowledge of Joomla, web and BIP administration
• Experience with Sygnity Świadczenia Rodzinne (SR) and Sygnity POMOST systems
• Ability to service computer and printing hardware
• Experience with virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, Proxmox, Vmware or similar)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and EDR solutions

• Plan, organize, and independently execute assigned IT duties
• Ensure proper functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure
• Administer Windows Server and Linux server environments
• Manage Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO)
• Administer, configure, and maintain FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiClient VPN environments
• Manage and configure computer networks including VLANs
• Maintain and develop server virtualization environments
• Administer file servers, DNS, DHCP, and network services
• Manage NAS/QNAP devices and data storage space
• Create, supervise, test, and verify backups
• Oversee IT system security and cybersecurity measures
• Configure and monitor disk encryption and data protection
• Administer MSSQL and Firebird databases
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and network resources
• Diagnose, service, and upgrade computer hardware and peripherals
• Maintain IT infrastructure across organizational units
• Provide ongoing end-user support and IT problem-solving
• Operate, update, and administer websites based on Joomla including content publication on WWW and BIP
• Create and update IT documentation compliant with KSC, SZBI, and internal procedures
• Participate in adapting the unit to KSC requirements
• Organize and deliver employee training on cybersecurity, safe IT usage, data protection, and digital skills
• Prepare instructions, procedures, and training materials
• Perform minor graphic tasks for organizational needs
• Oversee hardware and software purchases and participate in IT infrastructure development planning
• Perform other IT infrastructure-related tasks assigned by superiors
• Work full-time, about 8 hours daily, including work under an equivalent working time system with hours aligned with MOPS office hours
