Workday Operations Analyst

The GPC Global Technology Center in Krakow, established in 2022, supports GPC's digital transformation by developing advanced technologies and solutions across e-commerce, data platforms, supply chain, selling systems, and cybersecurity. The Krakow team consists of skilled IT engineers focused on innovation and delivering solutions for GPC.

• 3+ years experience processing and troubleshooting Workday transactions.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, vendor management, project management, process documentation, and Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and technical support abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and participate in process redesigns.
• Define configuration specifications and business requirements for new integrations, workflows, or automation.
• Document and maintain system processes, determining and abiding by user requirements for business processes.
• Provide level 2 Workday and related system support; troubleshoot and escalate issues.
• Lead continuous process improvement activities.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify data discrepancies and errors.
• Liaise with vendors to roll out new initiatives or resolve issues.
• Maintain system security, reporting, and support EIB loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
