Software Engineer / Technical Consultant

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, operates in the software development sector providing solutions for loyalty platforms and CRM systems for global brands.

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing backend or integration software for enterprise-class platforms.
• Experience with Java or comparable backend stacks and practical skills in designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL sufficient for data debugging beyond querying.
• Experience with event-driven integrations using Kafka or equivalent message brokers.
• Familiarity with containerization environments such as Docker and Kubernetes as deployment targets.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level for communication within a distributed international team and technical client discussions.

Nice to have:

• Experience with loyalty platforms, promotions, or reward systems.
• Experience with high-transaction systems (retail, payments).
• Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and responsibility for CI/CD.
• Experience with integrations involving POS, payment providers, or airline reservation systems.
• Experience in large-scale data migrations.

• Design and build integrations between the core loyalty platform and surrounding systems: CRM, CDP, POS, fuel stations, eCommerce, mobile apps, ERP, payment providers, data warehouses.
• Work with three integration styles: synchronous REST compliant with OpenAPI, event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and planned batch interfaces.
• Map and reconcile data across systems where identical entities (customer, transaction, product) have different meanings.
• Extend platform behavior beyond configuration possibilities: custom rules, calculations, adapters, plugins.
• Ensure secure high-volume transaction processing with idempotency, retries, ordering, reconciliation, and peak throughput handling.
• Support migrations of member databases, point balances, and transaction history with rollback capability.
• Conduct technical workshops with client IT teams and deliver documentation and runbooks enabling independent operation.
