IT Business Analyst

The IPF Digital Acquisition Feature Team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of customer onboarding, user acquisition funnels, and digital lending journeys for brands such as Creditea and Credit24. The team focuses on building scalable, data-driven solutions to improve customer experience and drive sustainable growth across multiple markets. The role is based in Poland and covers initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in financial or banking industry
• Experience querying databases with SQL basics for validation and insights
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools including JIRA and Confluence for analysis and documentation

• Identify and recommend effective business process solutions in the finance area integrating with other systems and domains
• Capture and present perspectives including customer, business, processes, risks, and technology
• Conduct end-to-end process analysis from frontend through backend to integrations
• Use strong analytical skills to uncover business needs and propose alternatives
• Focus on delivering real value while defining MVPs
• Collaborate with IT and business representatives and effectively moderate meetings
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements ensuring clarity and traceability
• Decompose epics into stories or tasks, organize them, and ensure clear descriptions for developers and testers
• Apply advanced analysis techniques such as functional decomposition, user stories, use cases, scenarios, user story mapping, BPMN, UML, and visual thinking
• Support two development teams simultaneously, managing multiple initiatives
• Communicate fluently in English verbatim and written to collaborate across international teams
• Demonstrate proactive, disciplined, and delivery-focused work ethic

Role is based in Poland and responsible for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
