Professional Services Engineer

Founded in 2010 in Kharkiv with an office in Berlin since 2017, the company has 220 employees and development hubs in Israel, Ukraine, Portugal, and Poland. They focus on building long-term product teams for the EU with investments and a modern technology stack.

• B.A/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Internet and Mobile (Android and iOS) domains and technical experience with Rest APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with HTML and JS.
• Experience with AI agents.
• Experience with MongoDB.
• Proficient in SQL and MS Excel with ability to write complex queries.
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Solid communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, team-player, motivated, and organized.
• Creative, assertive, problem solver attitude.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with analytics, monitoring, and alerting tools: Grafana, Kibana, Tableau, or others.
• Prior experience in digital advertising companies.
• Previous experience with ads SDK.
• Experience with advertising formats and protocols: OpenRTB, OpenRTB Native, VAST, SIMID.
• Experience with Java/Kotlin.

• Leading all aspects of partners' custom onboarding operations including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful launch and operation.
• Investigating and solving technical issues.
• Contributing to product development and prioritization based on feedback and partners' requirements.
• Driving successful delivery and process improvement.
• Developing internal tools and automation solutions.
