UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Medicover is a healthcare company operating digital channels such as medicover.pl, medistore.com.pl, mobile applications, and white-label stores. The role involves joining a newly created Research OPS team responsible for defining research standards, a knowledge repository, and promoting data-driven decision culture throughout the organization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX or product research, including independently running end-to-end research projects.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods with the ability to select methods according to research problem, time, and budget.
• Experience collaborating with product and design teams and presenting findings to various audiences including management.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources (research, analytics, CX) into prioritized recommendations.
• Proficient with remote research tools (platforms for unmoderated tests, survey tools, session recording analysis).
• Knowledge of research ethics and GDPR related to participant data.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Effective communication skills, independence, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience with sensitive data research (medical, financial, or other regulated sectors).
• Experience building research repositories or organizational research standards.
• Basic statistics knowledge (significance, sample selection) and experiment design.
• Figma proficiency sufficient for working with prototypes.
• Mentoring experience or developing research practices.

• Plan and conduct qualitative research such as in-depth interviews, moderated and unmoderated usability tests, diary studies, and onsite studies.
• Execute quantitative research including surveys, card sorting, tree testing, and UX benchmarking from problem definition to recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to translate business needs into research questions and prioritize the research backlog.
• Integrate research insights with data analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings) and customer experience (CX) data to produce coherent conclusions and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a research knowledge repository and ensure insights reach teams and management in usable form.
• Manage recruitment for research studies and research panels ensuring compliance with GDPR and research ethics.
• Support A/B testing by cooperating with the product analytics team on hypotheses, experiment design, and result interpretation.
• Co-create research standards, processes, and tools within the Research OPS team.
• Share knowledge with less experienced team members and promote research practices organization-wide through workshops and training.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
