Wymagania
- Experience in product management with products serving real business clients (e-commerce, marketplace, or merchant-facing platforms).
- Experience in reverse engineering and documenting legacy products without existing documentation, working from code and UI to restore business logic.
- Experience in migration or decommissioning of products, including gap analysis and making build-vs-reuse-vs-retire decisions.
- Ability to work comfortably with unclear or incomplete input and to build own backlog.
- Proficient English language skills enabling effective work communication.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the French market or local merchant specifics.
- Experience managing stakeholders between two engineering teams with different priorities.
- Knowledge of the French language.
Obowiązki
- Reconstruct comprehensive documentation of legacy merchant-facing applications including functions, user flows, validation rules, integrations, data dependencies, known issues, and test cases.
- Assess each documented feature against the target platform to determine coverage, priority, and recommendations.
- Design the merchant migration process from legacy applications to the target platform, including account setup and required integrations.
- Collaborate with the target platform Product Manager to plan the decommissioning of the legacy application and incorporate it into the 2027-2030 roadmap.
