Devops Engineer/ Team Lead

• Experience as DevOps Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, Linux Administrator, or SRE.
• Very good knowledge of Linux/RHEL.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Python and/or Bash/Shell.
• Practical knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with technical teams and readiness to take a leadership role.

Nice to have:

• Kubernetes.
• Ansible, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience in banking, financial, or fintech sectors.
• Knowledge of solutions related to AI/GPT.

• Managing and maintaining Linux environments, particularly Red Hat.
• Ensuring the stability of test and production environments.
• Developing and maintaining monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Automating processes using Python and Bash/Shell.
• Working with Docker and container technologies.
• Collaborating with development and QA teams.
• Troubleshooting and supporting incident resolution.
• Contributing to the development of CI/CD processes and infrastructure.
• Supporting the team and coordinating activities within the DevOps area.
