Wymagania
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools
- Experience writing clear bug reports, test cases, and checklists
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with web and mobile QA
- Use of Jira
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure
- Strong ownership and independence, capable of being the only QA dedicated to a development team
- Good interpersonal skills for working with developers
- Interest and experience in automation, including AI technologies
- Fluent in English with strong communication and negotiation abilities related to test strategy, scope, and acceptance
Obowiązki
- Execute testing of Web projects including functional, non-functional, new features, regression, and smoke testing
- Analyze requirements
- Write and maintain test documentation
- Raise bug reports, create and maintain test cases and checklists
- Work closely with software developers, designers, and team members to resolve issues
- Participate in SCRUM meetings, demos, and knowledge-sharing sessions with QAs
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve quality assurance processes
- Estimate activities and report results to the team and QA Lead
- Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and team performance
