Procurement Manager (Data Center and Connectivity Domain)

The Procurement Manager role is part of a global team of over 550 professionals.

• 5+ years of experience in data center, colocation, cloud infrastructure, telecom, or related industries.
• Understanding of colocation and data center services.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing requests simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and relationship-driven approach to market engagement and supplier management.

Preferred Experience:

• Existing relationships with colocation providers or data center operators.
• Experience supporting infrastructure sourcing or colocation sales activities.
• Familiarity with major global data center markets.
• Exposure to enterprise or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Experience in customer-facing or commercially focused infrastructure roles.

Contract & Supplier Management:

• Own the full contract lifecycle, including market engagement, negotiation, execution, supplier onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely contract renewals, renegotiations, and proactive management to prevent service disruptions.
• Drive contract compliance, enforce service-level agreements (SLAs), and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a contract calendar to manage renewals, extensions, and savings opportunities.

Tactical & Operational Procurement Execution:

• Manage sourcing activities such as RFx preparation, supplier evaluation, and award recommendations.
• Maintain an up-to-date repository of service providers.
• Lead supplier onboarding and coordinate with internal stakeholders for service implementation.
• Ensure procurement transactions comply with internal policies and documentation requirements.
• Support and coordinate procurement team workload, prioritizing business-critical tasks.

Cost Control & Savings Delivery:

• Track, validate, and report cost savings from contract renegotiations and sourcing efforts.
• Identify opportunities to optimize total cost of ownership without compromising quality or timelines.

Cross-functional Alignment & Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and technical teams to align procurement with business and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance procurement cycle efficiency and visibility.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of sourcing strategies for key service categories.
• Develop, implement, and track procurement KPIs.
