Project Manager - Content Systems

WPP Enterprise Solutions offers a B2B contract position for a Project Manager with Content management or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) experience to join their eCommerce team. The role is based in Poland in Poznań or Katowice.

• Proven experience in software development Project Management
• Experience in eCommerce, preferably in retail
• Hands-on experience with web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar
• Experience managing content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial workflows, or content migrations
• Experience managing re-platforming projects and cutover processes
• Experience in scope control during project delivery
• Experience working on eCommerce platform projects and delivering change to external stakeholders
• Experience working on Content and Experience projects
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and release management
• Ability to define, manage, and deliver customer expectations within deadlines
• Ability to handle ambiguity and react to change critically
• Experience leading and managing teams at different lifecycle stages
• Knowledge of modern software development practices
• Strong understanding of agile delivery and lean methodologies
• Experience managing people and financial budgets
• Solid time management and organizational skills
• Excellent negotiation skills with tact and diplomacy
• Relevant Project Management qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Agile / Scrum Master experience
• Experience working with multiple eCommerce / experience platforms

• Effectively run complex projects using Agile methodologies
• Support efficient workflow by resolving issues and blockers
• Produce status reports on milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues for stakeholders
• Manage multiple workstreams ensuring clarity on expected outputs and quality
• Manage interdependencies between workstreams
• Inspire and lead teams new to Agile, suggesting process improvements
• Motivate teams to meet objectives and deliver quality outcomes on time
• Focus on improving delivery processes
• Support Junior Project Managers
• Regularly update project resource plans and control budgets
• Foster relationships with senior management and business stakeholders
• Develop customer confidence by understanding needs and delivering solutions
• Set and manage client expectations, handling escalations diplomatically
• Chair meetings and reviews with multiple stakeholders
• Keep updated with emerging industry practices
