Mid Node.JS Developer

• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience with Node.js.
• Fluent knowledge of strongly typed languages, especially TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience creating APIs (REST, gRPC) and synchronous communication (WebSockets) as well as asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
• Proficient in containerization and basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns: Hexagonal architecture, modular monolith, outbox pattern.
• Practical experience with TDD and Test Containers.
• Ability to use tools in AI-assisted programming.
• Capability to take full ownership of assigned areas/modules.
• Fluent Polish and English language skills (minimum B2 English).

Nice to have:

• Basic experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Design and develop code based on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Build APIs (REST, gRPC) and handle synchronous (WebSockets) and asynchronous communication (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Apply architectural best practices (Hexagonal architecture, modular monolith, outbox pattern).
• Write tests using TDD approach with Test Containers.
• Work with AI-assisted programming and manage containers with Kubernetes.
• Take full ownership of the quality, reliability, and maintenance of assigned modules.
