Business Analyst (Content)

WPP Enterprise Solutions is recruiting a Business Analyst with content management or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) experience to join their Delivery team. The role is situated in Poznań with an additional location in Katowice.

• Experience as a Business Analyst on ecommerce or experience projects.
• Experience managing client stakeholders and Product Owners/Managers.
• Able to run workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience as a BA on web content management (CMS) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) projects such as Optimizely, Contentful, Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco, or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture, page templates, component libraries, editorial/publishing workflows, or content migrations.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, professional team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and focused on delivering outstanding online experiences.
• Customer-first mindset with maturity and initiative, including readiness to work at client locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile software delivery.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and engineering.
• Ecommerce and retail/brand experience.
• Ability to produce high quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analysis and design of systems including package integration and bespoke development.
• Ability to work independently to an agreed action plan.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem solving, time management, organisational skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Energetic, enthusiastic with strong attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have:

• Agile/Scrum Master experience.
• Experience working with multiple ecommerce/experience platforms.

• Gather and document requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan, run, and facilitate workshops, reviewing customer documentation.
• Identify and recommend options for potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability.
• Create logical and innovative solutions to problems.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Work with scrum/delivery teams through to go live.
• Analyse business systems to recommend efficiencies.
• Provide estimates for analysis work and plans with Project/Programme Managers.
• Communicate and collaborate with developers, testers, and end users to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provide training to users of new systems as required.
• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
• Maintain great client relationships at all organizational levels.
• Effectively escalate business-critical situations when required.
