Senior Data Analyst

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics in a Senior or Lead role.
• Expert-level proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau, including advanced DAX, LOD expressions, complex data modeling, row-level security (RLS), and dashboard performance optimization.
• Strong expertise in SQL for complex data extraction, aggregation, window functions, and data quality validation.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven or advanced analytics projects.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, including prioritization and articulation of complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in fluent English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related quantitative field.

• Architect, design, and deploy interactive dashboards and enterprise visual reporting solutions using PowerBI and Tableau.
• Lead analytical initiatives within the squad ensuring seamless end-to-end data pipelines, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Drive AI-related analytics projects integrating intelligent insights, predictive metrics, and automated workflows into dashboards.
• Translate complex financial and payment domain problems into structured analytical frameworks and executive-level recommendations.
• Own the dashboard lifecycle including requirement gathering, data modeling/validation, deployment, stakeholder alignment, and continuous tuning.
• Act as key contact for Belfast-based product owners and business leaders, mentor team members, enforce best practices in data visualization, and ensure data accuracy.
